An article of News 2 revealed on December 2 that at least one person was killed and four others were injured in Berkeley County, South Carolina after a recent accident.
According to the county coroner, the victim was identified as Michael Brandon Perry II, 22. Perry was one of the passengers of the GNC service truck that had a collision with a tow truck at the Old State Road and Mudville Road intersection on December 1. The collision reportedly occurred after the GNC service truck driver ignored a stop sign at the intersection. Rescuers extracted Perry’s body, which was pinned inside the vehicle. Reports confirmed there were four people brought to the hospital due to their injuries. The South Carolina Highway Patrol (SCHP) personnel were assisting Berkeley County authorities in determining the cause of the fatal accident.
