Morgan Drapeau
Attorney
Morgan Drapeau is a passionate advocate. Born and raised in South Carolina, Morgan Drapeau firmly believes Saturdays are meant to be spent in Williams Brice Stadium and Sundays are meant to be spent relaxing with family and friends.
In High School Morgan was elected Senior Class President and voted “Most Likely to be President.” After graduating from Fort Dorchester High School, Morgan attended Francis Marion University where her leadership continued on the Student Government Association and as President of other student organizations.
In 2017, Morgan graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law cum laude. While exceeding in the classroom, her true passion was always in the courtroom. Morgan was an active member of the School of Law’s Mock Trial team where she competed in multiple competitions across the United States. After becoming a licensed attorney, Morgan began her practice as a Public Defender where she continued to build on her courtroom and trial experience. Immediately before joining the Goings Law Firm, Morgan handled complex products liability cases in both state and federal court with a national products liability defense firm.
When Morgan is not practicing law, you will likely find her volunteering for the Rainy Day Fund, cheering on the Gamecocks and Brookland Cayce Soccer, or spending time with her husband Matthew Drapeau and their three animals that they lovingly refer to as their “zoo.”
