State authorities in South Carolina recently apprehended a suspected intoxicated driver in a recent accident involving four vehicles, an article of News 13 reported on July 26.
According to reports Frank Cunnane, 67, has been charged with intoxicated driving upon arrest after authorities found him liable in the accident on a Georgetown bridge. Information coming from the South Carolina Highway Patrol revealed that Cunnane rear-ended a vehicle on the northbound lane that led to a “chain reaction” collision to at least two other vehicles. Responding EMS reportedly provided medical assistance to persons who have suffered minor injuries from the mishap. Traffic flow on the bridge was snarled for about an hour while authorities remove the damaged vehicles.
